- YOUR PRIVACY:
PhoneFashions.com strictly follows approved guidelines for maintaining privacy of any
personal information we may obtain on you from your visiting our site. Personal
information is information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name,
address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.We
do not rent or share your email address or other information with anyone for any purpose.
You are a valued customer and we respect your privacy. Please contact us immediately if
you have any concerns in this regard.
- PAYMENT: We currently
accept Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. We also accept personal checks in US$ but under
certain restrictions, and can't ship until your check clears our bank. This can take up to
fourteen business days, so if you are in a hurry, please choose an alternate payment
method. Please note that your credit card statement will show the approved charge by SAM
International, the owner of this site.
- SECURITY: All online
transactions are processed with industry standard SSL encryption. When you enter your
credit card information on the order form, the data is immediately scrambled and only
decoded when it gets to WorldPay, our proven, secure and trusted worldwide credit card

- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
PhoneFashions.com is an international company with representation in the USA and Asia. We
are pleased to fulfill international orders from anywhere there is postal service at
reasonable costs.
- SHIPPING: Due to our
low-priced products, PhoneFashions.com offers international shipping through Parcel Post
and registered air post. However, we can arrange delivery by courier for higher-value
orders or at your specific request. We charge only actual shipping and material costs for
the shipping option you select based on the aggregate weight of the items ordered and do
not profit from shipping fees. All orders normally ship within 48 hours of order receipt.
- SPECIAL ORDERS: Our
cellular-phone pouches and phone charms are not mass-factory produced, and therefore there
are very limited quantities of each design. However, we retain most designs on our website
if we are able to continue to produce these on special order. If you see something you
like and it is currently out of stock, please send us an e-mail and we will do our best to
produce another piece specially for you. If the out-of-stock item is not likely to be
available in a few days, we will inform you via e-mail and let you decide whether you wish
to continue with the order, replace it by something else, or simply cancel.
- REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
PhoneFashions.com wants you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied
with your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail. You may then return the item
(in its original condition) within 10 days of receipt. We will happily give you a full
refund, less only our shipping costs. Please DO NOT send returns without informing us by
e-mail first, including the reason for the return. This is for our records only and will
not affect your refund. If you are returning an item due to a PhoneFashions error, we will
refund your entire purchase price, as well as the return shipping cost. Please send your
returns, together with original packaging to : SAM International, 8 Kaki Bukit Road 2,
Ruby Complex #03-03, Singapore 417841. For your protection, please send your return items
via registered post.
- LIMITATIONS:
PhoneFashions.com may occasionally accept advertisements from unrelated third parties or
otherwise conduct joint promotions with such vendors. However, we cannot accept liability
for dissatisfaction you might experience with third parties visited through our site. It
is our stated policy to partner with only reputable companies with the highest standards
of customer service and satisfaction. The policies and warranties stated above apply to
products and services purchased directly from PhoneFashions.com and do not extend to
purchases from other vendors who may advertise with us or otherwise participate in joint
promotions for their own products. However, if you have encountered an unpleasant
experience with a company that advertises with us, please let us know. We will discontinue
working with any vendors that in our judgement have violated our standards of fair
practice.
